Mustard Seeds
A few weeks back, John brought home a baggie of mustard seeds. It was attached to the paper you see above with the tree on it. They’d discussed the story Jesus told about mustard seeds in chapel. On Saturday, as we got ready for our vacation, it had gotten a little quiet so I thought I’d better investigate. What I found was John on the guest bed surrounded by little piles of mustard seeds. I wasn’t happy about the mess. I figured the appropriate punishment would be to have him pick them up. Surprisingly, he was quite focused and managed to pick all of them up. Well, all except the strays that well be finding for the next few weeks. Needless to say, I put them up out of his reach when he was done.
