JHP and I are are better, but now Daddy is sick. :(
They say you can't keep a good man down. Well, you can't keep a baby from rolling over once he's figured out how to do it. The issue now is that he hasn't quite figured out what to do next. He has, however, become more comfortable on his tummy and will lay his head down if he gets tired. He'll grab his toys if they are in reach, but he still seems easily frustrated, but I imagine that will ease soon. He's getting stronger everyday and will sit up in the boppy for short periods of time.
I figured you'd like to see him in action!

Read more...I took some more shots of JHP yesterday and have uploaded them to the WebAlbums. The one I put up at the beginning is one of my favorites. There were several. I hope you enjoy them!

As you can see from the picture above (Sister-in-law Jane helping out with the holding), he's putting everything in his mouth now. Most of the time, I just give him a burp cloth. That way he kind keeps the drool in check by himself and I know it's clean and washable. And Daddy did some experimenting last weekend and discovered some things about getting JHP to sleep both at night and for naps. It's not perfect, but it's better than it was. He's becoming a little more active when he feeds. Last week I had to close the blinds because he wanted to see outside more that he wanted to eat. Most of the time this is not the case, but every so often... And I sometimes have to pin his legs down so he doesn't kick me in the chest. His head control is really pretty good unless he's really tired. We've put him in the Jumperoo and he really likes it as long as he's not tired.
I guess I've rambled enough. I'll post the rest of the pic from Saturday up on the WebAlbums.
